英雄路工陈文标，凭着一份对公路事业的执着与热爱，坚持着一个“修路造桥，荫福子孙”的梦想，在他在岗的20多年里始终以饱满的工作热情、认真负责的工作态度、过硬的技术本领，战斗在公路第一线。

那是20__年7月9日的晚上，一个令陈文标和我们铭记的夜晚。受“尼伯特”特大台风的严重影响，漳平市发生道路沿线大面积山体滑坡、泥石流、河水漫过路面等险情。接到险情报告后，陈文标立即带领职工们第一时间赶赴现场抢险救灾。当他看着公路、田地全都被洪水淹没的时候，他愣住了，这是同志们辛辛苦苦的业绩啊!就在此时，远方传来呼救声，糟糕，一辆即将被洪水淹没的小车，车顶上站着5名惊慌失措的群众，洪水已没过他们的脚踝，陈文标二话没说爬上铲车立马冲了过去。强降雨不断，河流水一直上涨，洪水已没过铲车轮胎，前方水下情况也一切未知。情况十分紧急，险情就是命令，陈文标沉着冷静开着铲车在黑暗和未知中摸索着前进。这时，洪水不断涌入驾驶舱内，坐在高高的铲车上都感觉到车子在晃动，他的内心也十分害怕，甚至犹豫了片刻，但再次听到群众大声呼救，心一想，人命关天啊!吸了口气镇静下来，咬紧牙关，抓稳方向盘，小心翼翼地靠近，到达后将铲斗放平，使受困5名群众成功爬入铲车斗内，然后慢慢地往安全地带倒车，成功营救受困群众。陈文标在他人身处险境之时，不顾个人安危挺身而出，这种舍己为人，英勇救人的精神不就是我们闽西人民身上的红色气质吗?

路是线谱，串起为民造福的律动音符;路是彩虹，架通城乡发展的经济动脉。小草生出缝隙，方见其顽强;莲出于淤泥而不染，方见其品质;狂风暴雨，严寒酷暑，方显公路人的艰辛和坚守。

斗转星移，中国共产党在艰难与曲折中走过了95个春秋，在这悠悠岁月里，中国共产党带领中华儿女书写了一幅壮丽的红色经典画卷，孕育了无数革命先烈用鲜血染成的红色基因。凝神静思，我们看到了革命先烈们为抵御侵略，推翻国民党反动统治，建立新中国而前赴后继，抛头颅洒热血的感人场景。当我们一次次聆听父辈们讲述那些红色英雄故事，当我们一次次捧读那段艰难与辉煌的历史，当我们一次次瞻仰那些洒满烈士鲜血的革命遗址，无不激情澎湃，热泪盈眶。

凝望贵州，红军长征从这里走过，遵义会议熠熠生辉，四渡赤水闻名天下。

耳闻贵州，红色故事接辈流传，光荣传统代代颂扬。

是啊!中国共产党革命精神的源头是新时期提高党的战斗力，增强党的免疫力，强化党的创新原动力，传承红色基因，就是要在重温红色经典的基础上，弘扬党的光荣传统和优良作风，让党的宝贵精神财富在新时期彰显时代价值和内涵。

在我们的身边，有许多传承红色基因的时代先锋，他们以自己的言行向世人展示了党性的温度，展示了红色基因的力量，展示了红色信仰，展示了革命传统的时代特色与信仰力量的新高地。在他们身上我们能找到一种永不退色、催人奋进的精神力量。

作为官渡的一员，我感受到的是一份继往开来的责任，一股与时俱进的力量。自工作以来，让我最刻骨铭心的是去年的那一场雪，村里破旧的瓦房，孤独的老人，被雪压断的竹子，因凝冻而无法通行的道路，在这样恶劣的天气状况下，党委政府率领我们所有干部下乡抢险救灾，送物资、送温暖。无论山路有多崎岖，无论雪路有多滑，当把棉被送到群众手上，看到他们脸上舒缓的笑颜，我感觉自己一点儿也不冷了，心是温暖的，整个人都是温暖的。2016年，是十三五的开局之年，也是脱贫攻坚战的关键之年，扶贫攻坚战的冲锋号已吹响中华大地，我们都应该以强烈的责任感和使命感做好自己的本职工作，这就是对红色基因的最好传承。

作为一名党员，我将责无旁贷，用满腔热血倾出我的奉献，用无悔青春书写我的忠诚。在今后的工作中，我将始终秉承“不以事小而不为，不以事杂而乱为，不以事急而盲为，不以事难而怕为”的工作理念，兢兢业业，脚踏实地，扎实做事，立足本职，全心全意地服务好百姓，解决好群众关心的事，做有信仰、有担当、有情怀、有气节的干部，力争做一名合格的党员。
