有一次,我和妈妈一起到超市去买东西。走进超市,我迫不及待地奔向了卖零食的地方,挑起零食来。我随手拿起一包冰雪杨梅正准备放进购物篮里,这时,妈妈走了过来,和蔼地对我说:“这个东西不卫生,还是别买了吧!走,我们买别的东西去。”妈妈牵着我的手向卖牛奶的.地方走去。来到了卖牛奶的地方,我兴高采烈地奔了过去,拿起一袋酸牛奶放在篮子里,妈妈拿过来前后睢了瞧,突然眼睛一亮,对我说:“你看,这个已经过期了,吃了对人身体不好,换一袋吧!”妈妈又拿起一袋酸奶看了看说:“这袋没过期,买这袋吧!”我们又来到了卖牛肉干的地方。这里的牛肉干可真多呀,各式各样的,我拿起一袋上面标着“绿色食品”的牛肉干,放进了购物篮里,妈妈看见了微笑着点点头。

如果人是河流,那么食品就是河流的源泉,假如源头受到污染,那么整条河流也将同样受到了严重的威胁。油炸类食品、腌制类食品、加工类肉食品(肉干、肉松、香肠、火腿等)、饼干类食品(不包括低温烘烤和全麦饼干)、汽水可乐类饮料、方便类食品……这些食品,我们都很喜欢吃,可它们却是垃圾食品,请不要购买了。

晚上,我偷偷地潜入厨房,抱了一大堆薯片,想要回到房间一饱口福。我小心翼翼地回到房间,轻手轻脚地打开电脑,身边有这些“美食姐妹”陪伴,真是美好的一个夜晚啊。

我吃了一个晚上的零食,第二天早上就高烧不退了,爸爸不得不带我到医院打针……

唉,和“美食姐妹”相处还是要适可而止呀,毕竟,“多给对方一些空间。”

我的烧刚退,妈妈就做了一盘的鸡肉,还有一些青菜蔬果给我补身子。妈妈做德克是我最喜欢的盐焗鸡呀,我又开始了“嘴巴大作战”,可是旁边的那些青菜我却瞧也不瞧,爸爸看见了,狠狠的把我批了一顿,我既委屈又害怕“你这孩子,刚生完大病,就知道吃肉,青菜是补营养的,奶奶的话你忘了吗‘对饮食,勿拣择,食适可,勿过则’不要挑食。”我惭愧了低下了头。结果,第二天,我发现我的脚丫子开始脱皮,看来,这真是挑食的后果呀。
